The mission of Central Coast Volleyball Club is to develop and foster a community coaches, parents and student athletes to:

• Teach student athletes to balance academics and physical conditioning to develop all around, well balanced athletes. 
• Create a highly competitive and fun environment for athletes to grow and succeed in their endeavors. 
• Develop programming that is equitable and balances affordability with quality coaching through competitive teams, camps and clinics for the Tri-County area and beyond.
• Promote professionalism of the highest standards with dedication to continuous improvement of our coaching staff through training, education, and evaluation.
